How do we support you

  • Mode of support – Excel Square would provide free e-mail support to its customers up to 3 months from the date of purchase of the software. Customers can send in their queries, issues, or any such support requests through email to support -at- excelsquare -dot- com or can contact us through one of the options provided in our Contact Us page. The support requests can be “how-to” kind of queries or any issues faced with the product or any information on the features that you could not find in the help documents or help videos. The support personnel would do their best to respond within the service level guidelines published on this page.
  • How to Register and Activate the Products – Instructions for activation of PlanDeer can be found on How to Activate PlanDeer page, and instructions for activation of JiffySlider can be found on How to Activate JiffySlider page.
  • Service Level Guidelines – Currently our guideline for responding back to our Customers on their support requests is two business days. This means, support personnel will do their best to understand the query or issue raised by the Customer and either revert back with relevant information or request for additional details or any such step that would help towards closure of the support request, within two business days of receiving the support request.
